| Cancellation Policy: All rooms must be paid in full at time of booking. A $35 per room administration fee will be deducted from all deposit refunds. With 15 or more days notice, your deposit will be returned less fee. With 14-4 days notice, deposit will be returned less fee if room can be re-rented for the full time reserved. With 3 days or less notice, no refunds, credits or date exchanges will be given. Rooms are reserved for weekends (two-night) only. Holiday weekends require a three-night reservation. Payment may be made with Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Check, or Cash (received 14 days prior to booking.) Room rates do not include applicable sales tax, which will be additional.
